Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted if the item is defective or the size is not fit.
• To be eligible, report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and unwashed and unironed.
• If the item is in stock, a replacement will be arranged within a few days, please reach out to request an exchange or return.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the tag is attached and the item is unwashed and unironed.
• Once we receive and confirm the item is in good condition, we will process your refund via bank transfer, InstaPay, or any preferred digital payment method.
• Return shipping fees (100 to 150 EGP) will be deducted from the refund amount, we are always happy to support, just reach out and we will do our best.

Order Cancellation & Editing

• You may cancel or edit your order within 5 hours of placing it.
• After this window, orders are processed and can no longer be modified.
